By creating an account, accessing the platform, making a booking, or accepting a booking as a host, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use maghrebna.ma or its related services.

1. About maghrebna.ma

maghrebna.ma is an online marketplace that enables users to discover, communicate about, and book accommodation and related services offered by independent hosts and property providers in Morocco.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, maghrebna.ma does not own, operate, manage, or control the properties listed on the platform.

Accommodation and related services are provided by independent hosts, property owners, managers, hotels, riads, apartments, villas, and other third-party providers.

2. Eligibility

To use maghrebna.ma, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information;

  • Be legally capable of entering into binding agreements under applicable law; and

  • Comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

By using the platform, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.

3. User Accounts

Users are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information when creating and maintaining an account;

  • Maintaining the security of their account;

  • Keeping login credentials confidential;

  • Not allowing unauthorized persons to use their account; and

  • Immediately notifying maghrebna.ma of any suspected unauthorized access or security breach.

You are responsible for activities conducted through your account unless the activity resulted from circumstances outside your reasonable control.

4. Host Listings

Hosts are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted to maghrebna.ma is accurate, complete, and current.

Hosts are responsible for:

  • Property descriptions;

  • Photographs;

  • Prices;

  • Availability;

  • Amenities;

  • House rules;

  • Having the legal authorization to offer the property;

  • Compliance with applicable laws and regulations; and

  • Honoring confirmed reservations.

Hosts must promptly update their listings if any information changes.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

  • Provide accurate booking information;

  • Respect the property and applicable house rules;

  • Respect neighbors and local regulations;

  • Avoid unlawful or prohibited activities;

  • Leave the accommodation in an appropriate condition;

  • Pay all applicable charges and fees; and

  • Not exceed the permitted occupancy specified for the property.

Guests are responsible for the conduct of all individuals included in their reservation.

6. Bookings

A booking becomes confirmed when the required booking process has been completed and a confirmation has been issued through maghrebna.ma.

The specific booking conditions displayed at the time of reservation, including applicable prices, cancellation terms, house rules, and other conditions, form part of the booking agreement.

Users should carefully review all booking information before confirming a reservation.

7. Prices and Fees

Prices displayed on maghrebna.ma should identify applicable charges before a booking is confirmed.

Prices may vary depending on factors including:

  • Property;

  • Dates;

  • Season;

  • Number of guests;

  • Length of stay; and

  • Host pricing.

Additional fees, taxes, or charges may apply where disclosed during the booking process.

8. Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate payment information;

  • Authorize applicable charges associated with their bookings; and

  • Comply with the applicable terms and requirements of the relevant payment provider.

Payment processing may also be subject to the payment provider’s own terms, conditions, and privacy policies.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy and the specific cancellation terms displayed for the relevant booking.

The cancellation and refund conditions applicable to a reservation may vary depending on the host and property.

Users should carefully review the applicable cancellation policy before completing a booking.

10. Reviews

Users may be permitted to submit reviews following a completed booking.

Reviews must be:

  • Genuine;

  • Relevant;

  • Respectful; and

  • Based on the user’s actual experience.

Reviews must not contain unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or misleading content.

maghrebna.ma may remove or restrict content that violates applicable law or these Terms.

11. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Use maghrebna.ma for unlawful purposes;

  • Provide false, fraudulent, or misleading information;

  • Circumvent or attempt to avoid applicable platform fees;

  • Conduct fraudulent or unauthorized transactions;

  • Harass, threaten, abuse, or intimidate other users;

  • Damage or misuse accommodation or other property;

  • Upload unlawful, defamatory, or copyright-infringing content;

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, accounts, or systems;

  • Introduce malicious software or other harmful code; or

  • Use the platform to facilitate criminal or otherwise prohibited activities.

maghrebna.ma may take appropriate action where prohibited activities are suspected or identified.

12. Intellectual Property

The maghrebna.ma name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, photographs, user interface, and other platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unless expressly authorized, users may not:

  • Reproduce;

  • Copy;

  • Modify;

  • Distribute;

  • Publish;

  • Sell; or

  • Commercially exploit

maghrebna.ma materials without prior authorization.

13. User Content

Users remain responsible for content they upload or submit to maghrebna.ma, including photographs, property descriptions, reviews, messages, and other materials.

By submitting content to maghrebna.ma, users grant maghrebna.ma a non-exclusive right to display, reproduce, store, and use that content for the purposes of operating, promoting, maintaining, and improving the platform, subject to applicable law.

Users must ensure that they have the necessary rights and permissions to submit any content they upload.

14. Suspension and Termination

maghrebna.ma may suspend, restrict, or terminate a user’s account or access to the platform where we reasonably believe that the user:

  • Violates these Terms;

  • Provides fraudulent or misleading information;

  • Engages in illegal or prohibited activity;

  • Creates a safety or security risk; or

  • Misuses the platform or its services.

Where appropriate and permitted by law, maghrebna.ma may also take action to protect other users, hosts, guests, the platform, or third parties.

15. Platform Availability

maghrebna.ma aims to keep the platform available and functioning properly. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available access to the platform.

We may temporarily suspend or restrict services for reasons including:

  • Maintenance;

  • Technical problems;

  • Security incidents;

  • System updates;

  • Telecommunications failures; or

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

16. Disputes

maghrebna.ma encourages guests and hosts to first attempt to resolve disputes directly and amicably.

Where maghrebna.ma is asked to assist with a dispute, we may review the information available to us and communicate with the relevant parties.

Any assistance provided by maghrebna.ma does not necessarily make maghrebna.ma a party to the dispute or create an obligation to resolve the dispute.

17. Applicable Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, subject to any mandatory rights or protections applicable to users under Moroccan law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable law.

18. Changes to These Terms

maghrebna.ma may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the platform, services, business practices, or applicable legal requirements.

Any updated version will be published on the platform and will indicate the date of the latest revision.

Your continued use of maghrebna.ma after updated Terms are published may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
